Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery to selected locations. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing an order.
Note: We reserve the right to decline delivery to certain postcodes.
Delivery Charges

Free Delivery is available on all orders over £200.

We do not offer delivery for orders below the £200 minimum.
Order Lead Time

We require advance notice for all orders. All catering orders should be placed at least 72 hours before the desired delivery date.

For larger or custom orders, we recommend ordering 3–5 business days in advance to ensure availability.
Delivery Windows
We aim to deliver within the specified time window you select during checkout.

Deliveries are typically made Monday–Friday between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
Receiving Your Order

A recipient must be available at the delivery address to accept the order.

If no one is available, and we’re unable to deliver, your order will be considered fulfilled and non-refundable.
Delays & Issues
While we aim for timely deliveries, unforeseen events (traffic, weather, etc.) may occasionally cause delays. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.
