Refund & Return Policy

At Orchard Hills Catering, we take pride in the quality and care we put into every order. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund or return is required.

🕒 Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or event date for a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery/event are not eligible for a refund, as preparation and purchasing will have already begun.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food or beverage items.

💬 Issues with Your Order?

If there is a problem with your order — such as missing items, incorrect delivery, or product quality concerns — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at ordes@orchardhillscatering.com. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.

✅ Refunds (if applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
