- Do I need to prepare anything?
Nope — everything comes ready to serve, just unpack and enjoy.
- Is it delivered hot or cold?
All items are ready to eat — either hot or chilled, depending on the dish.
- How far in advance do I need to order?
We recommend providing 4 days notice. Rush orders? Get in touch!
- How is the food packaged?
All food is delivered in disposable trays or platters, sealed for freshness and ready to serve. No additional prep required. All packaging is recyclable and cutlery is compostable.
- Do you deliver or offer collection?
Both! You can choose between collection or local delivery at checkout. We'll deliver at your chosen time slot, ready to serve.
- What is your cancellation policy?
Orders cancelled less than 48 hours before the event incur a full charge. Orders cancelled 3-5 days prior incur a 20% charge. Any cancellations before this will receive a full refund.
- Can we have the food served on site?
